A woman identified in court documents only as J.P. is suing Viacom, 495 Productions, and every last "guido" and "guidette" on MTV's "Jersey Shore," following an incident that allegedly left her with bodily injuries.

The suit alleges assault as well as charges of racketeering, claiming that all parties involved, including the talent, are profiting from the criminal behavior of the Jersey Shore actors.

The suit dates back to an incident that occurred during Season 1 when the woman, J.P., was involved in a heated argument with Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi. Security guards allegedly stepped in to separate the two, and according to court documents, the woman claims the security guard threw her to the ground, leaving her with a gash on her face.

The episode is also well known by Jersey Shore fans as the one in which Ronnie knocks out Stephen Izzo with "one shot" and is consequently arrested.
