SHATNER NOT HAPPY ABOUT ABRAMS¿ STAR WARS GIG

William Shatner doesn’t think it’s right that Star Trek director J.J. Abrams has signed on to direct the new Star Wars film. “No, he’s being a pig,” Shatner told Movie Fanatic. “He’s collecting the two franchises and holding them close to his vest. He’s probably the most talented director…but he’s gone too far this time.” Of course Shatner and Abrams have always had a somewhat contentious relationship. Shatner was particularly upset that he didn’t get a role in Abrams’ first Star Trek film.
