The heart of Rocknroll officially belongs to Kate Winslet. The Oscar-winning actress wed Ned Rocknroll (born Ned Abel Smith) in a secret ceremony early this month, reports Us Weekly.
According to a source, the "Titanic" star, 37, tied the knot with 34-year-old Rocknroll in an intimate ceremony in New York City, attended by a handful of friends and relatives. No word on whether Rocknroll's famous uncle, British billionaire Richard Branson, was on hand for the nuptials.
This is Winslet's third marriage: She and director Jim Threapleton were married from 1998 to 2001 and share a daughter, Mia, 12. Her 9-year-old son Joe is the product of her seven-year union with director Sam Mendes.
Rocknroll divorced his wife of two years, British heiress Eliza Pearson, in 2011, after he began dating Winslet. The newlyweds famously met while vacationing on Branson's private Caribbean island resort -- when the actress helped carry the Virgin tycoon's 90-year-old mother to safety from a fire blamed on a Hurricane Irene lightning storm.
Winslet can next be seen on the big screen in the ensemble comedy "Movie 43"; Rocknroll works for Virgin Galactic, his uncle's space tourism venture.
