On Monday night, Republican George Allen and Democrat Tim Kaine, both former Virginia governors will meet for the fourth debate of their Senate campaign.
Their latest meeting takes place in the suburbs of Richmond at public television station WCVE.
AARP Virginia and The League of Women Voters are sponsoring Monday night's debate, so it won't be a surprise if we hear more about the future of Medicare and Social Security, and women's issues that have already received attention in this campaign.
We will air and live stream the debate live on WDBJ7 and WDBJ7.com. To watch the debate live starting around 8 p.m., click here.
We also received a preview Sunday, when the candidates both appeared at the University of Richmond.
Allen and Kaine weren't there at the same time, but they answered the same set of questions posed by the school's President.
One of the issues that highlighted their differences, a discussion of health care reform.
"The first thing I think we need to repeal and replace Obamacare. It will add a trillion dollars in spending," George Allen said.
Tim Kaine said: "I was a supporter and remain a supporter of the affordable care act. I thought it was a statement that we were going to put some things in the rear view mirror."
Monday night's debate will be televised on stations across the state including here on WDBJ7 and on wdbj7.com.
It will likely have the largest audience of any of the Senate debates, so there's a lot riding on the candidates' performance.
