Build a stand
This Lego stand can be made with the simplest of Lego pieces. Use ones that you have laying around or go a Lego store and choose parts from the "Pick a Brick" wall, where you can fill a large tub with bricks for $14.99 (a small tub is $7.99).

Get some Legos
Start with an assortment of Legos. You will need approximately:
25 1x4 pieces,
10 1x1 pieces,
3 6x8 pieces,
125 various 2x2, 2x4 and 2x6 pieces.
Note that the size of a Lego is determined by the number of rows and columns of raised Lego bumps. Questions? Lean on lego.com or your local Lego store for answers.
