Now serving ... food

The only one of the four new breweries and taprooms that serves food is Atlas Brewing Company, where the menu proved to be the proverbial mixed bag. Both appetizers we tried were failures. The pork rillettes on toast were overcooked, greasy and flavorless -- an impressive trio of forgettable.
