Make sure one hand is in the loop and the other is holding the fringed ends. (You can do this with any long, oblong scarf, with or without fringe; if scarf is very wide, fold it in half to make it skinnier.)

Step 1: Fold scarf in half lengthwise, place on neck with the looped end shorter than the other.
