<b>Chocolate and amaretti semifreddo: </b> This variation on Marc Vetri's semifreddo has a chocolate layer on the bottom with an amaretti cookie layer on top. Essentially, it divides the original recipe's egg mixtures in half, flavoring one with melted chocolate, the other with the ground amaretti.
