A child of incest between Cersei and her twin brother, Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), Joffrey is only a boy when he assumes his illegitimate throne. He is privileged, cruel, stupid and arrogant. If you have a soul, you will hate him immediately.
