Allison Niemeyer and her sister walked into a Wal-mart with Allison's 1 year old and decided to steal. They stuffed numerous items into a baby bag before heading for the door. A security guard saw the pair leaving and asked them to come back in. Allison took off running while the sister stayed with the baby. Seconds later Allison's sister decided to take off running as well. Only problem is, they forgot the baby. The pair was caught and arrested, the child is with CPS. And they all live in????
